Lovelle Goldsmiths showcases the designs of British trained craftsman Lewis Court.
Lewis Court is multi award winning silver and goldsmith. Trained as a silversmith at the Kent Institute of Art and Design in England, Lewis Court’s passion for jewellery, design, and traditional craftsmanship remain at the top of his agenda. In 1999, Lewis Court moved to Canada to set up a manufacturing design studio supplying independent retail jewelers. His creations are all crafted using the same hand tools that goldsmiths have been using for hundreds of years. These tools enable him to maintain fine attention to detail when creating unique custom made pieces. Hand crafted to exact client specifications, with precious gems selected according to personal style and budget requirements.
Lewis Court’s work has been recognized by numerous awards:
Goldsmith’s Craft Council Award – London England - 1995
Goldsmith’s Craft Council Award – London England - 1996
Goldsmith’s Craft Council Award – London England - 1997
Lewis Court pieces have been exhibited by the worshipful company of Goldsmiths in London’s prestigious Goldsmiths Hall, and at the Kent Institute of Art and Design.
